Teens in our Culinary Arts program receive hands-on culinary arts instruction from a trained chef to develop the best habits, techniques and attitudes necessary to secure a successful entry-level position in the food service industry. Members learn proper safety and sanitation standards, and have the chance to become Safe-Serve certified. Teens learn critical kitchen skills, food preparation, lessons in catering and food service and more!
Take-home meal kits are also available to students through our Club Fresh program, a weekly virtual cooking class for high school students.
